Citizens National Bank is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our Cheboygan team. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their banking needs and promoting the Bank's products and services.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and possess a solid understanding of customer service principles. Dependability, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer systems are essential. Candidates must enjoy working with the public and be comfortable building relationships with customers. Travel to various branch locations may be required as needed.
