Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is hiring a Secretary to join our Administration Department in El Dorado Springs, Missouri — someone who leads with skill, compassion, and a drive to positively impact every patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like: Community Springs Healthcare Facility (CSHCF) is a 105-bed long-term care skilled nursing facility providing transitional or long-term care. A 15-bed high-functioning memory care unit provides specialized care for residents with Alzheimer's or other memory issues.
As a Secretary you will be:
Giving directions and information to visitors, families, and others inquiring at the desk
Collecting or assisting in the collection of required data and organizing data collected as requested
Performing Monthly Billing Clerk responsibilities
Performing Accounts Receivable Clerk responsibilities
Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma
Experience: NA
Skills: Time management, organization, multi-tasking
Licensure/Certification: Family and Friends CPR within 6 months of employment
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for 90% of the day and sit for the remaining 10%
