We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Assistant Community Association Manager (Assistant CAM) to support the daily operations of a large-scale, master-planned community. Key Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in day-to-day community operations
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance standards and covenant compliance
- Document inspection findings and coordinate follow-up actions
- Assist with vendor coordination and verify service completion
- Support covenant enforcement processes and maintain documentation
- Respond to homeowner inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with architectural review processes as directed
- Maintain consistent communication aligned with governing documents
- Help prepare board meeting materials and management reports
- Maintain organized records and documentation systems
- Process invoices and assist with tracking operational expenses
- Support work order tracking and follow-up
- Ensure operations align with developer expectations and standards
- Assist with milestone tracking and turnover preparation
- Maintain professionalism and discretion in a high-visibility community
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of HOA or property management experience preferred
- Experience in large-scale or master-planned communities is a plus
- Active Florida CAM license is a plus (not required)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and association management software
- Ability to work independently with strong follow-through in a structured environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25–30 pounds occasionally
- Ability to walk community grounds and navigate stairs or uneven terrain
- Manual dexterity to operate office equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing
- Ability to work outdoors during inspections in varying weather conditions
- Occasional use of ladders or access to elevated areas
Experience:
- HOA or Condo Assistant Community Management : 2 years (Required)
