Main Responsibilities:
- Provide superior service by waiting on customers via drive-up, lobby, and phone.
- Complete transactions such as cashing checks, taking deposits, etc.
- Assist with debit card inquiries from issuing cards to handling disputes.
- Utilize technology to assist customers with various banking products and services such as online banking and digital wallets.
- Improve our customer experience by being a friendly, familiar face and by promoting products and services that fit our customer needs.
