This is a full time position based in Tarrytown, NY, or Providence, RI, and concurrently works on a variety of initiatives focused on Clarfeld and CCPW Operations
- Application, Data and Reporting Change and Release Management - working specifically with InnoTrust programs
- Application, data and reporting support
- SharePoint site administration and access
- Coordinates application, data and reporting change and release management as well as assigned issue resolution, projects and initiatives
- Assesses information and validates there are no other alternatives or viable options in place and that a change is needed, obtains approval from Sr. colleague to proceed with change request
- Facilitates working with Project Manager, Business Managers, Business Subject Matter Experts and vendors to analyze business needs, documents requirements and proposes solution options that fully address any operational needs, gaps or issues. Obtains approval from Sr. Colleague on solution approach.
- Develops a well-documented business case with business owner, obtains approval from Sr. Colleague and business owner
- Ensures there are clear requirements or specifications with business signoff
- Ensures there is a clear business user acceptance test plan or creates one
- Oversees UAT and signoff
- Ensures the business validates change in production following push to production
- Develops and delivers communications and training on changes as needed
- Applications, data and reporting support
- Covers a centralized business support mailbox, provides timely responses, updates and completion of requests
- Triages questions, issues and requests for reports, data or applications consulting with Sr. Colleagues as needed
- Co-ordinates with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues, ensures resolution is complete and effective
- Produces weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and reconciliations as assigned, obtaining Sr. Colleague review and approval where needed
- Provisions user access to assigned applications
- SharePoint site management and administration
- Posts content and communications
- Develops new libraries and information architecture as needed
- Provisions user access and develops access roles/groups where needed
Qualifications
- 3 years work history/experience in problem resolution and troubleshooting for business partners/colleagues in the areas of technology, reporting, data, applications, analysis.
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Past experience working with InnoTrust is a plus
- Ideal candidates will embrace learning and mastering software and be competent in sharing knowledge and communicating verbally and in writing with vendors, co-workers, leaders and clients.
- Some knowledge of MS Access preferred
- Strong skills in Excel required
- The salary range for this position is {$65,000 - $88,000}. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
