Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to manage and process consumer and commercial loan applications. This role involves reviewing loan documentation, loan documentation preparations, verifying applicant information, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. In addition to core processing duties, the position includes ancillary responsibilities such as administrative support and cross-departmental coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and review non-real estate loan applications (e.g., auto, personal, business loans).
- Verify applicant information including credit reports, income, and identification.
- Ensure loan files are complete and compliant with internal and external regulations.
- Communicate with, loan officers, and underwriters to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate records and update loan tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, report generation, and file management.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide status updates on loan applications.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in loan processing or financial services.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
