This full-time Deposit Operations Specialist will play an important role in our continued growth by providing superior customer service and solutions to our customers in a professional and knowledgeable manner.

- Proficient with the MS Office Suite of products – particular expertise in Excel required
- Prior banking experience is beneficial
Responsibilities include:
- Research, process, and track debit card and electronic payment disputes, chargebacks, stop payments, garnishments, and levies
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of customer payment claims submitted by retail staff, ensuring required documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Analyze dispute and fraud‑related activities using VISA‑supported platforms, identify inefficiencies and fraud trends, and develop recommendations to improve accuracy, response times, and risk mitigation.
- Process and reconcile debit card and electronic payment income and expense activity, including interchange and related settlement transactions
- Reconcile all teller and ATM cash activity to the general ledger, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly to ensure accuracy and strong internal controls.
- Participate in cross‑training initiatives that offer exposure to additional functions, enabling flexible support across the department while expanding knowledge and capabilities.
