Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Deposit Operations Team Member to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the accuracy, security, and efficiency of our daily deposit operations. What You’ll Do
· Review daily file load errors and assist with error resolution.
· Review and approve incoming wires; provide backup for outgoing wire processing.
· Perform document review, indexing, and branch scan folder checks.
· Conduct dormant account and service charge reviews.
· Annual escheatment processing.
· Review stop payment work completed by CSRs.
· Provide backup support for dual control lockbox processing.
· Assist with compliance controls including FDICIA reporting and monthly/quarterly transaction reviews.
· Support the department with other duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
· Knowledge of general banking policies and procedures preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
