Credit Administration Assistant

Citizens Bank & Trust is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Administration Assistant to support our SVP/Credit Policy Officer with credit administration and loan committee processes. This non-exempt role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work with multiple lenders and occasionally external customers. Occasional travel to various bank locations is required.
Responsibilities
- Review credit requests for completeness
- Prepare and organize credit packages, agendas, and minutes for loan committees
- Coordinate loan documentation with Loan Processing
- Scan and maintain virtual credit files in Search Express
- Assist with audit/exam requests, financial tracking, and special projects
- Support annual approved appraiser processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college preferred
- Prior banking experience required; loan experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and personally owned vehicle
- Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work occasional extended hours and travel as needed
Work Environment
Professional office setting; minimum 40 hours per week.
