Kitchen Manager – Full-Service Restaurant | NYC
We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager with 2 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant who thrives in structured, high-standard environments.

What a typical day looks like in this role
Lead BOH during service and ensure strong execution
Maintain DOH compliance and food safety standards
Train, coach, and hold team accountable to performance
Own prep, pars, ordering, and kitchen organization
Partner with FOH to ensure smooth service flow
Compensation:
$23–26/hour or $64–67K salary (based on experience) performance incentives
