- Deliver training that models best practices in documentation, engagement, safety, and service delivery, grounded in evidence-based approaches such as trauma-informed care, harm reduction, motivational interviewing, crisis response, and co-occurring treatment models.
- Develop high-quality training materials, including facilitator guides, slide decks, learner workbooks, job aids, and competency checklists.
Regulatory Expertise & Quality Alignment
- Ensure all education programs, curricula, and competency tools align with OMH, OASAS, CCBHC, NYS DOH, CQL and CARF regulations.

Operational Coaching & Corrective Support
- Provide field-based education, coaching, and just-in-time training to reinforce role expectations, workflows, and standards.
- Partner with Compliance and Quality Improvement to address audit trends, documentation challenges, and incident patterns through education and training interventions. Provide targeted education and coaching to support skill development, documentation improvement, and role clarity, in collaboration with supervisors.
Training Evaluation, Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct routine and targeted assessments of role-based workflows, documentation practices, and adherence to program expectations to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Prepare clear, actionable training and education reports summarizing strengths, gaps, and opportunities for growth. Translate findings into education plans, monitor progress over time, track improvement to support accountability and consistency.
Professionalism & Ethics Education
- In collaboration with the Training & Development team, lead education related to professional boundaries, ethical conduct, and dual relationships, particularly in high-risk settings.
- Reinforce a culture of professionalism through education, modeling, and real-time coaching, aligned with organizational values.
Strategic Collaboration & System Leadership
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to assess system-wide training needs and implement high-impact education initiatives.
- Stay informed on adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and evidenced based service models, and training technologies that support effective workforce development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
