Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields - at least 5 years experience is desired
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment. Must have tools of the trade
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Must have reliable vehicle and smart phone with minimal amount of admin experience.
Citivest Construction Department started our maintenance services out of the need for our own properties that we managed. We have since opened up our services to property management agencies and cater to the property manager.
Salary : $25 - $45
