Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations using our medical administrative systems
- Coordinate communication between patients, healthcare providers, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Provide patients with pre-visit instructions, follow-up reminders, and answer general inquiries about procedures or treatment plans
- Support office operations by managing phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining organized filing systems
Skills
- Experience working as PCC
- Proven experience working in a medical office environment or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical notes and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in medical administrative support tools such as electronic health records (EHR) systems and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication skills—friendly, clear, and professional when interacting with patients and team members
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
