IMMEDIATE job opportunity for a driven individual who has a proven track record of performance and desire to work for a well-established organization. We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative for one of the most comprehensive logistics companies serving the Import/Export community located in Oakland, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing inbound and outbound customer communications (email and phone)
Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
Data entry and system updates
Coordinating with warehouse and transportation teams
Processing orders and resolving customer inquiries
General administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior CSR experience (logistics/warehouse experience preferred)
Strong email communication skills
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with [WMS / TMS / Excel / specific system if applicable]
1st shift (7 am to 3:30 pm)
Compensation: $20 - $22hr
