About the Role:
We are currently seeking skilled Concrete Finishers to join our team in Twin Falls. This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in high-quality concrete work and have experience in finishing flatwork, foundations, sidewalks, driveways, and other structural concrete elements.
Responsibilities:
- Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools
- Set forms and ensure proper pitch and depth
- Apply curing and surface treatments
- Patch voids and use appropriate finishing techniques
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with crew members to complete projects on time and with high quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of concrete finishing experience
- Reliable transportation and ability to show up on time
- Knowledge of concrete types, tools, and finishing techniques
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various outdoor conditions
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
