Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine walking patrols throughout the apartment community
- Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and shared property spaces
- Interact professionally with residents, guests, and vendors when assistance is needed
- Observe and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or policy violations
- Respond to resident concerns and document incidents according to company procedures
- Maintain awareness of property conditions during overnight hours
- Assist with access point monitoring and visitor activity when required
- Use company applications or mobile reporting systems to complete reports and activity logs
- Follow post instructions, site procedures, and company standards always
Required Qualifications
- Active Guard Card required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using mobile apps or basic technology platforms for reporting
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to remain alert and professional during overnight shifts

- Prior security, patrol, or residential property experience
