Position Details

- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour
- Schedule: Saturday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Sunday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled mobile patrols at assigned commercial properties
- Drive between locations and inspect buildings, parking areas, and exterior spaces
- Monitor for suspicious activity, trespassing, property damage, or safety concerns
- Maintain a visible security presence throughout patrol routes
- Respond to onsite issues according to company and client procedures
- Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations in written reports
- Communicate important updates or emergencies to supervisors and dispatch
- Follow all site instructions, patrol procedures, and company standards
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license required
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to work overnight weekend schedules consistently
- Strong observation and decision-making skills
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working independently for extended periods
Preferred Background
- Previous patrol, security, or field operations experience
- Familiarity with commercial property patrol procedures
