Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Position Overview

Citadel Security USA is hiring a full-time Unarmed Security Officer for a retail and outdoor shopping center in Denver. This role covers afternoon and evening hours when foot traffic is steady and visibility matters most.

You will be moving throughout the property, keeping an eye on day-to-day activity, and interacting with shoppers and tenants. The work is straightforward but requires consistency, awareness, and a professional approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the property on foot and by vehicle throughout the shift
• Keep an eye on activity across the shopping center and surrounding areas
• Report suspicious behavior, safety concerns, or policy issues
• Respond to incidents and handle them according to site guidelines
• Assist customers and tenants when questions or minor issues come up
• Write clear daily logs and incident reports
• Follow site instructions and company policies at all times
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (last 3 years)
• Comfortable operating a company vehicle
• Good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach
• Able to work the assigned swing shift consistently
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Background in security, retail, or other public-facing roles
• Experience with patrol work and basic report writing
