- Maintain a visible presence at assigned posts and key areas
- Assist with controlled access and scheduled movement across the site
- Guide staff and visitors during entry, exit, and while on the property
- Watch for unusual activity and report concerns as they come up
- Communicate updates with dispatch or on-site contacts when needed
- Complete daily logs and incident reports with clear details
- Operate company vehicles when required, following safety guidelines
- Follow all post orders and site-specific procedures
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Ability to pass background and drug screening
- Consistent attendance and ability to work scheduled hours
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including time spent driving
Preferred Skills:
