Key Responsibilities
- Complete assigned patrol routes using a company or approved vehicle
- Check buildings, parking areas, and surrounding property during each stop
- Look for trespassing, damage, or safety concerns
- Address issues based on site instructions and company procedures
- Maintain a visible patrol presence throughout the shift
- Write clear and accurate activity logs and incident reports
- Report updates or concerns to supervisors as needed
- Valid driver’s license required
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to work scheduled overnight shifts
- Strong observation skills and sound judgment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working independently
- Mobile patrol role covering multiple commercial properties
- Majority of shift spent driving with periodic site checks
- Overnight schedule requiring consistent awareness
