Transport care team

Location: Grand Junction, CO

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

PayRate: $20/hr

Citadel Security USA is hiring a dependable Unarmed Security Officer for a day-shift assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. This position focuses on maintaining a safe, professional environment while supporting scheduled transport and site operations.

This role is well suited for officers who are reliable, alert, and capable of handling responsibilities that require professionalism, awareness, and good judgment. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible security presence at assigned locations
• Support scheduled transport operations as assigned
• Assist individuals during entry, exit, and movement while maintaining professionalism
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety concerns
• Communicate with dispatch and site contacts as needed
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports
• Operate company vehicles responsibly when required
• Follow all company policies and post orders
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background and drug screening
• Dependable attendance and ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Comfortable driving longer distances when required
  
  

Preferred (Not Required)

• Unarmed security, patrol, or transport experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
