• Thurs & Fri: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour

Citadel Security USA is hiring an Armed Security Officer to support a hospital facility in Glenwood Springs, CO. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe environment for staff and visitors. Officers in this setting must remain calm, professional, and capable of responding quickly to incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of staff and visitors
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance
• Assist with escalations and safety incidents
• Monitor surveillance cameras throughout the shift and report suspicious activity
• Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols to provide a visible security presence
• Support operations with clear communication, good judgment, and timely decision-making
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Must meet all state and local requirements to work as an Armed Security Officer in Colorado
• Must be legally able to carry an approved firearm while on duty. Company will verify firearm qualifications
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed during high-stress situations
• Demonstrated good judgment and accountability in a fast-paced environment
