Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle throughout assigned properties to monitor activity and maintain security
- Conduct routine patrols of parking areas, building exteriors, and entry points
- Identify and report unusual activity, safety concerns, or property damage
- Respond to alarms, service calls, or on-site issues as they arise
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized behavior
- Communicate effectively with clients, customers, and team members during each shift
- Provide professional customer service while enforcing site guidelines
- Document daily activity and complete incident reports with clear, accurate details
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies while operating a vehicle
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving history
- No major driving violations within the past 4 years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable attendance and ability to work extended shifts
- At least 2 years of prior security experience
- Experience in mobile patrol or field-based roles
- Background in hospitality or customer-facing environments
- Familiarity with report writing and daily activity documentation
- Majority of shift spent driving between multiple properties
- Combination of vehicle patrol and short on-site inspections
- Outdoor conditions may vary depending on location and weather
- Requires sustained awareness and attention throughout the shift
- Company vehicle provided during working hours
- Safe driving and professional conduct are expected at all times
- Clear communication and accurate reporting are essential to success in this role
