Position Summary

Citadel Security USA is hiring a Full-Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Security Officer to provide overnight patrol coverage for multiple commercial properties throughout the Moberly area. This position is responsible for conducting scheduled patrols, inspecting client locations, identifying potential security concerns, and documenting conditions to help protect people, property, and business assets.

The ideal candidate is dependable, observant, and comfortable working independently while traveling between assigned sites.

Primary Responsibilities

Mobile Patrol Operations

• Conduct scheduled patrols of multiple client properties using a company-approved patrol vehicle.
• Inspect building exteriors, parking lots, gates, and perimeter areas during each patrol.
• Verify that buildings are properly secured and report unlocked doors, damaged fencing, or other security concerns.
• Maintain a visible security presence to discourage trespassing, theft, and vandalism.
  
  

Property Inspections

• Look for unauthorized people, suspicious activity, or unusual conditions.
• Identify property damage, maintenance concerns, or safety hazards requiring attention.
• Check lighting, access points, and exterior conditions during patrols.
• Report issues promptly to supervisors following company procedures.
  
  

Incident Response

• Respond appropriately to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations.
• Observe conditions carefully and communicate accurate information to management or emergency responders when necessary.
• Preserve incident scenes until additional assistance arrives when required.
• Follow all client instructions and company post orders during security events.
  
  

Documentation & Communication

• Complete detailed patrol reports and daily activity logs.
• Document incidents, observations, and property conditions accurately.
• Maintain communication with supervisors throughout the shift.
• Submit all required reports before the conclusion of each work period.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license.
• Minimum of three (3) years of licensed driving experience.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work area.
• Strong observation and decision-making abilities.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous mobile patrol or security experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working overnight shifts.
• Ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple patrol locations.
• Consistent attendance and dependable work history.
