Position Overview
Citadel Security USA is hiring a Part-Time Unarmed Mobile Patrol Officer to support security operations at solar field sites in the Kingdom City area. This position involves traveling between multiple locations, performing site checks, and helping protect equipment and property throughout the day.
This role is a strong fit for individuals who are self-directed, dependable, and comfortable working independently while following a structured patrol route.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a company vehicle to travel between assigned solar field locations
- Conduct routine inspections of panels, fencing, and surrounding areas
- Watch for unauthorized access, damage, alarms, or unusual activity
- Respond to issues in line with site procedures and company guidelines
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter trespassing or tampering
- Record patrol activity and complete clear, accurate incident reports
- Communicate updates, concerns, or emergencies to supervisors as needed
- Follow all assigned routes, post instructions, and safety protocols
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate a vehicle safely for extended periods
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled weekend shifts
- Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in mobile patrol or security roles
- Familiarity with outdoor or remote site monitoring
- Experience with report writing and incident documentation
Work Environment
- Outdoor assignments across multiple solar field locations
- Majority of shift spent driving with periodic site checks
- Daytime 12-hour weekend schedule requiring consistent focus
