- Travel between assigned properties and complete scheduled patrols
- Check buildings and surrounding areas for unauthorized activity or damage
- Address issues found during patrols based on site procedures
- Maintain a visible presence while on-site to help discourage problems
- Write clear reports documenting patrol activity and incidents
- Share updates or concerns with supervisors when needed
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Ability to work overnight weekend shifts
- Strong problem-solving and observation skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Mobile patrol work across multiple commercial locations
- Combination of driving and short site inspections
- Overnight hours requiring consistent attention and awareness
