Core Responsibilities
- Supervise mobile patrol teams operating across assigned districts
- Coordinate nightly schedules to ensure all posts are properly covered
- Review patrol activity, including reports and completed rounds for accuracy
- Conduct spot checks and quality audits of field operations
- Address performance concerns and assist with corrective actions when needed
- Act as a liaison between field staff, management, and client contacts
- Monitor overall site activity and respond to operational issues
- Maintain proper documentation related to incidents, staffing, and site updates
- Support company standards, post orders, and client-specific expectations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a Denver Guard Card and firearm endorsement
- Prior experience in security, patrol, or supervisory roles
- Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work overnight 12-hour shifts on a consistent schedule
- Dependable attendance and professional work ethic
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in security operations
- Experience overseeing multiple locations or teams
- Familiarity with report auditing, scheduling, or field coordination
- Combination of driving, site visits, and supervisory responsibilities
- Overnight schedule requiring consistent attention and responsiveness
- Work across multiple locations within the assigned district
- Fast-paced environment where priorities may shift during the shift
- This role requires both field presence and administrative oversight
