Title: ServiceNow Developer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and regression testing; troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver demonstrations of developed solutions
Must-Haves:
- Experience: 8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development
- Scripting: Strong JavaScript and Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem, GlideAggregate)
- Integrations: REST/SOAP, MID Server, and IntegrationHub experience
- Modules: ITSM and App Engine/Scoped Apps; exposure to ITAM, SPM, or CMDB is a strong plus
- Methodology: Agile/Scrum experience
