We build custom solar and lithium power systems for RVs, marine, and off-grid rigs. Our shop is in Vero Beach; our customers are all over. We also run a full custom-fabrication shop and have 2 e-commerce stores. Growth is fast.
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Accountant.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced accounting knowledge, including inventory and project costing.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review accurate, timely financial reports and statements.
- Analyze financial data, variances, and trends to support forecasting and decision making.
- Perform monthly and quarterly account reconciliations.
- Reconcile balance sheet and intercompany accounts.
- Review intercompany transactions and prepare invoices as needed.
- Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing budget monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and applicable regulations.
- Maintain and support accounting software, including upgrades and improvements.
- Assist with enterprise system design and implementation.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
