Position Summary
The Senior Industrial Engineer role is responsible for leading the execution of continuous improvement programs to help achieve our mission. The ideal candidate will have a passion for improving value streams across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in identification and planning of department goals and objectives.
- Serve as subject matter expert in Lean & Six Sigma tools by providing best practices and training to the organization. Mentor peers in use and implementation of Lean & Six Sigma tools.
- Develop tools and methodologies to improve enterprise productivity.
- Evaluate and implement improvements to facilities.
- Program manage and lead productivity improvement program across designated sites.
- Facilitate value stream mapping events and transformation planning.
- Create capacity models and reports to evaluate department capacities.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM engineering degree preferred
- 5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing engineering
- Experience in a regulated industry
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to influence and engage others to accomplish objectives
- Ability to read, write and speak fluent English with clear communication of ideas
- Ability to travel to other sites (approximately 10-15%)
- Experience in disposable medical device manufacturing preferred
- Prefer Six Sigma or Lean Certification
- Experience with Shingo model deployment or assessments preferred

Salary : $100,000 - $132,000
