What You’ll Do
As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for our customers, supporting them throughout their experience with Cirris products and services. Your day‑to‑day work will include:
- Answering incoming customer calls, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right internal resources
- Responding to customer questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support
- Managing the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, including paperwork and clear communication with customers on status and repair options
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross‑sell additional products or services when appropriate
- Building strong, positive relationships with customers to foster long‑term loyalty
- Supporting sales efforts by sourcing new opportunities through inbound leads and outbound warm calls and emails
- Processing customer orders accurately and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Updating and maintaining customer information in our CRM system
- Assisting sales representatives with coordination, materials, and sales activities
- Maintaining sales records, preparing reports, and reviewing customer data to support continuous improvement
- Process and manage loaner and demo tester inventory, including tracking availability, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely returns
- Managing inventory of sales‑related literature and materials
- Contributing to special projects and other duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
Core Competencies
- Comfort using Office 365 and other corporate productivity tools
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- A problem‑solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected situations with confidence
- A collaborative approach and ability to work well across departments
Education & Experience
- Associate or bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed), or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous inside sales or customer support experience
- Strong phone presence and experience handling a high volume of calls
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
- Experience working with an ERP system
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Regularly lift up to 35 pounds; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Frequent use of hands and wrists for keyboarding
- Ability to twist, reach overhead, stoop, bend, and occasionally work near the floor
- Ability to make and receive phone calls and read written materials
- Work is primarily in a clean office environment, with occasional time spent in a manufacturing setting
