The successful candidate will lead all plant-level quality activities and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards. This role is responsible for driving a strong quality culture, maintaining an effective Quality Management System, and delivering consistent product performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead plant-level quality strategy and execution to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Own and maintain the Quality Management System, including audits, certifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, suppliers, and external auditors on quality-related matters.
- Drive corrective and preventive actions, root cause analysis, and defect prevention programs to improve performance.
- Oversee APQP and new program quality readiness while supporting continuous improvement across operations.
- Develop and lead the quality team while driving a strong culture of accountability, training, and performance excellence.
