This role is responsible for driving improvements in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity while ensuring strong operational execution and financial performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all plant operations with responsibilities for improving safety, quality, production, planning, procurement, shipping/receiving, and engineering/maintenance.
- Improve process controls and implement structure.
- Drive cost reduction, productivity improvements, and margin expansion through Lean and engineering initiatives.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee planning, procurement, logistics, and S&OP/S&OE processes to ensure alignment with customer demand and business goals.
- Manage plant financial performance, including annual operating plans, capital expenditures, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
