The successful Director of Quality will provide strategic leadership for the organization's quality systems, driving operational excellence through the development of world-class quality processes and a culture of continuous improvement. This leader will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and executive leadership to enhance product quality, improve manufacturing performance, and strengthen compliance across the enterprise.
Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise quality strategy and oversee the development of robust quality systems that support operational excellence
- Drive quality transformation initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DFMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Establish and monitor quality KPIs while using data-driven insights to improve performance and accountability
- Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and industry quality standards across manufacturing operations
- Partner with cross-functional leadership to improve product quality, reduce risk, and strengthen operational performance
