About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Process Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, improving manufacturing processes, and working with advanced electronics manufacturing equipment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with 1–5 years of experience who wants to broaden their technical skills and work on challenging, high-reliability electronics projects. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and technicians to develop manufacturing processes, qualify new equipment, design custom tooling, and improve production efficiency.

What You'll Do
- Develop, document, and improve manufacturing processes for PCB rework, repair, and component modification.
- Evaluate and qualify new manufacturing equipment, tooling, and process technologies.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement practical engineering solutions.
- Design and develop custom fixtures and tooling to improve quality and efficiency.
- Create work instructions, engineering procedures, validation documents, and technical reports.
- Analyze manufacturing data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and management to solve complex manufacturing challenges.
- Research emerging manufacturing technologies and help expand our engineering capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 1–5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing or a technical environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronics manufacturing, PCB assembly, SMT, semiconductor, aerospace, defense, or medical device manufacturing.
- Experience with manufacturing process development or equipment qualification.
- Experience using SolidWorks or other CAD software.
- Knowledge of IPC or JEDEC standards.
