Construction Supervisor

This is for general construction and not electrical.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Field Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site residential and commercial construction jobs throughout MD/DC/VA.

Job Summary

The Construction Field Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day management of on-site construction jobs, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget and according to the expectations of the client. The Construction Field Supervisor will manage and coordinate on-site crews, subcontractors and resources to meet established goals.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee and direct field operations for construction projects from onset to project completion

· Monitor job progress, provide leadership and resolve on-site issues as they arise with field crews and subcontractors

· Ensure all work meets company and client expectations

· Communicate progress and challenges effectively with management and clients

· Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner

· Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety regulations

Qualifications and Skills

· 10 years residential and commercial construction experience

· Relevant trade skill and experience

· Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving abilities

· Excellent leadership, communication and team-building skills

· Proficient with Outlook

· Clean driving record
