About the Role
H&C Design and Build, a U.S.-based residential remodeling company, is looking for a reliable, bilingual, and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations for residential remodeling projects.
We are looking for a professional with hands-on experience in residential construction, strong leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment.
This role will help ensure high-quality work, safe jobsite operations, and timely project execution, while serving as the company’s on-site representative and reporting directly to the Project Manager.
Your role
- Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety and productivity.
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, technicians, and field staff.
- Ensure work aligns with construction drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project schedules and report delays or issues to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Provide progress updates and report on-site challenges to the Project Manager.
- Assist in resolving on-site issues quickly and effectively.
- Support client walkthroughs as directed by the Project Manager.
About you
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction site supervision in the U.S.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in residential remodeling projects is preferred.
- Familiarity with local subcontractor networks and permitting authorities is a plus.
- Basic proficiency with digital project management tools such as Buildertrend or Procore is preferred.
