Primary Responsibilities
- Strategically lead Account Managers representing the U.S. Navy and defense portfolio.
- Drive growth through expansion on existing platforms, new platform penetration, and competitive displacement initiatives.
- Develop account strategies that strengthen customer relationships and uncover future opportunities.
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, opportunity reviews, and capture planning.
- Lead Voice of Customer and market intelligence activities and communicate findings to leadership.
- Establish sales objectives, performance expectations, and development plans for all direct reports.
- Represent the company with defense customers, primes, shipyards, acquisition organizations, and strategic partners.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, STEM, Finance, Economics, or related discipline preferred.
- 10 years of progressive defense industry sales, business development, capture, or account management experience.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing growth strategies within defense markets.
- Experience with U.S. Navy, shipbuilding, maritime, aerospace, or broader defense sectors preferred.
- Flow control, engineered products, or industrial manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain or maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Travel as required to support customer engagement and business growth activities
