We are looking for an HR Administration Consultant to join the HR Administration Europe team, which is responsible for providing operational HR support to our Circle K employees, managers, and internal stakeholders across 12 European countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Poland, Ireland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Currently, we are looking for a new team member to join our HR Admin Germany team. Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for: Consultant in HR Administration Germany team Type of employment: Temporary position for 1 year Location: Riga, Latvia Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) The role: As an HR Administration Consultant, you will use your attention to detail, analytical thinking and communication skills to monitor and process staffing transactions in Workday, perform quality assurance controls, and help create exceptional employee experience. Would you like to: Become an expert in HR Administration processes within a global environment? Monitor and process Employee Data Management and Organizational Management requests in our global HRIS, Workday? Perform master data and payroll data quality assurance controls? Handle incoming requests in our global Customer Service Management System, ServiceNow? Provide consultation and support to Circle K employees in Germany on Employee Data Management and other employment- and payroll-related processes? What we expect from you: Higher education; Fluency in English and upper intermediate (B2) in German (to communicate effectively with colleagues abroad); Very good computer skills (MS Office); Proactivity & excellent communication skills; Multi-tasking & prioritization skills; Analytical mindset; Experience with HR systems like Workday and SAP will be seen as an advantage.
