Project Manager

About The Role

Modalways is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects for our clients. This role ensures that software, cloud, and automation projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client requirements. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT or software-related projects, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, timelines, milestones, and quality control.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, designers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present project updates, status reports, and documentation.
• Ensure all projects follow company standards, best practices, and client expectations.
• Manage resources, task assignments, and schedules to maintain efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms is a plus.

Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 employee.

Compensation: $22-$30 per hour (based on experience).
