- Manage front desk operations including visitor check-ins and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front area.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, basic reporting, and record keeping as needed.
- Assist with special projects or events as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus.
