Circle Time Glendora is looking for a warm, engaging, and dynamic teacher to lead our small group learning pods and parent-and-me classes. This role is perfect for an educator who loves working with young children and values a nurturing, play-based, and sensory-rich approach to early learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead small group preschool pods with a structured yet playful routine
- Facilitate parent-and-me classes that are interactive, welcoming, and developmentally appropriate
- Implement curriculum focused on early learning skills, including sensory play, early academics, and social-emotional development
- Adapt lessons based on children’s developmental levels and needs
- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Communicate clearly with parents and build positive relationships
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool-aged children (2–5 years old)
- Background in early childhood education or related field preferred
- Comfortable leading both independent (drop-off) and caregiver-involved classes
- Energetic, patient, and creative teaching style
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
