Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project, ensuring timely milestones and deliverables.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing construction estimates with tools like HeavyBid and Civil 3D to support budgeting and resource allocation.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to facilitate accurate project planning and execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication channels.
- Manage document control processes using software like ProCore and Bluebeam, ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Support site visits by reviewing construction site activities, verifying compliance with safety standards, and documenting progress through detailed reports.
- Aid in project scheduling efforts by updating timelines, monitoring critical paths, and adjusting plans as needed for optimal workflow.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site coordination or project management within the construction industry.
- Proficiency with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and experience conducting site inspections.
- Knowledge of project scheduling techniques and construction management best practices.
