Circle of Care, St. Louis is a community-based nonprofit dedicated to promoting stability and independence for seniors and adults with disabilities. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to support our HR and payroll operations.
Position Summary
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative support to the HR and Finance departments. This position helps ensure timely processing of new hires, accurate data entry, and up-to-date employee records.
Responsibilities
Maintain applicant and employee records in accordance with company procedures.
Enter newly hired Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) into the organization’s systems, including electronic visit verification (EVV) and payroll.
Update and organize employee files to ensure all required documents are current.
Assist with onboarding paperwork and other HR administrative tasks.
Support payroll preparation and routine HR reports.
Perform other clerical or data-entry duties as assigned by the Finance & Operations Manager.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
Basic computer proficiency (Google Drive, spreadsheets, data entry).
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-Time: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
