Circle of Care St. Louis is seeking a dedicated, organized, and community-driven Community Impact Coordinator to strengthen our outreach, youth engagement, volunteer programs, and annual Health & Wellness Banquet events. This role plays a vital part in advancing Circle of Care’s mission to help individuals live with dignity and independence by building meaningful connections between volunteers, community partners, and the people we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Youth Engagement
Lead and coordinate all Youth Advisory Board activities, including member recruitment, scheduling, and meeting facilitation.
Maintain the Youth Advisory annual calendar, meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
Volunteer Recruitment & Training
Recruit, train, and manage volunteers for Circle of Care programs and community events.
Ensure all volunteers complete background checks and orientation requirements.
Volunteer Orientation
Facilitate monthly Volunteer Orientation sessions to onboard new volunteers, share organizational values, and promote community involvement.
Health & Wellness Banquets
Coordinate and manage four annual Health & Wellness Banquets focused on Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Hypertension, and Prostate Health.
Oversee event logistics, volunteer coordination, outreach, and day-of operations.
Community Engagement & Outreach
Build and maintain partnerships with schools, civic organizations, and community groups to expand program participation.
Represent Circle of Care at outreach events, volunteer fairs, and community initiatives.
Bookkeeping & Grant Budget Support
Assist in developing and maintaining budgets for grants and programs.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, track expenditures, and prepare financial documentation.
Administrative Coordination
Maintain accurate records, reports, and calendars for all youth, volunteer, and community activities.
Communicate timely updates and progress reports to leadership.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in communications, nonprofit management, public health, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in community engagement, event coordination, or volunteer management.
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Experience with bookkeeping or budget tracking preferred.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Ability to lift and move event materials as needed.
Reliable transportation for local travel to outreach and community events.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
100% completion of scheduled Youth Advisory Board meetings and volunteer orientations.
Successful coordination of four annual Health & Wellness Banquets within scope and budget.
At least five new volunteers or community partner contacts established monthly.
Timely, accurate submission of all budget and grant documentation.
All assigned reports and communications completed within required deadlines.
