Circle Logistics is hiring a Transportation Operations Coordinator—an entry-level role designed for individuals who want hands-on experience in a fast-moving, team-driven environment with clear paths for advancement.
We’re currently seeing some of the strongest growth in the freight market that we’ve had in years—and we’re actively looking for people who want to grow with us. As volume increases, so do opportunities across our sales, operations, and account management teams.
Many of our team members start here and move into new roles within their first year.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and manage shipments from pickup through delivery
- Serve as a key point of communication between carriers, customers, and internal teams
- Monitor shipment activity and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure accurate updates, documentation, and service execution
- Manage high-volume communication across multiple touchpoints
What We’re Looking For
- Associates degree or relevant experience preferred
- Background in customer service, operations, or logistics is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
