Key Responsibilities
You will sit at the intersection of traditional IT excellence and modern AI adoption, overseeing both our technical infrastructure and our innovation roadmap.
- IT Infrastructure Leadership: Direct the planning and execution of all IT projects, ensuring networking, hardware, and communication systems are robust and high-performing.
- Departmental Management: Lead and mentor the IT and Data teams, promoting a "technology-first" mindset and fostering professional growth across the department.
- AI Strategy & Execution: Lead the research, testing, and deployment of AI tools (Generative AI, predictive analytics, and LLM integrations) to automate manual tasks and sharpen our competitive edge.
- Systems Optimization: Manage and optimize our core business tools, ensuring seamless integration between Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, and our proprietary logistics platforms.
- Data & Scripting Oversight: Maintain a strong data foundation using SQL and leverage scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) to automate workflows and data pipelines.
- Change Management: Act as the primary advocate for AI adoption across the company, training staff and ensuring new technologies are embraced and effectively utilized.
What You’ll Bring to the Road

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Leadership: 7 years in IT, with significant experience in a leadership or management capacity.
- AI Implementation: Proven track record of successfully deploying AI/Automation solutions that solved specific business problems.
- Core Technical Knowledge: Deep expertise in networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, Firewalls) and hardware infrastructure.
- Data Proficiency: Strong SQL skills and experience with scripting languages like Python for automation.
- Business Suite Mastery: Expert-level command of Google Workspace and Excel for enterprise operations.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in the Logistics or Transportation industry.
