Circle Logistics is hiring a Customer Operations Representative to support real-time shipment execution and communication. This role blends customer service, problem-solving, and operations in a high-energy setting.

What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for shipment updates and issue resolution
- Communicate with drivers and customers throughout the shipment lifecycle
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates
- Troubleshoot delays and escalate when needed
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
