- Manage time-sensitive freight for high-priority customers
- Build and grow relationships with shippers and carriers
- Negotiate rates, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery
- Work cross-functionally with dispatch, operations, and customer service teams
- Deliver exceptional service to customers with urgent transportation needs
