What You'll Do

As a Dispatch Operations Representative, you'll be responsible for keeping freight moving and customers informed every step of the way.

Your day may include:

📦 Entering and managing load information in our proprietary transportation management system

📍 Tracking shipments and checking in with drivers to provide real-time updates

📞 Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to ensure every load stays on schedule

🚨 Proactively identifying delays and solving problems before they become bigger issues

📄 Maintaining accurate shipment documentation and load records

🤝 Partnering with our Sales team to provide exceptional customer service

💰 Negotiating rates with carriers to secure reliable transportation

🚚 Building relationships with carriers while sourcing additional capacity as needed

What We're Looking For

You don't have to know everything about logistics.

We're looking for people with the right attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn.

Ideal candidates have:

✔ 1-3 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, logistics, operations, call center, or data entry

✔ Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills

✔ Strong attention to detail

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

✔ The ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

✔ Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP experience is a plus)

✔ A team-first mentality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
